A pampering, luxurious Hotel with sumptuous breakfast
The property was stunning! Everything - the spa, the Bistro (we had both a lunch and a dinner there - superb!), the sumptuous breakfast, the grandeur of the spaces upstairs in the Library and bar area; every detail was thought of, from the orange blossom essential oil burning everywhere to the much appreciated welcome Birthday balloons and chocolate in our room upon arrival! The staff were always so friendly and accommodating. The WhatsApp feature of communication was particularly responsive and easy to use. Excellent stay!
At times the orange blossom essential oil that they burn throughout the Hotel can become a bit overpowering, especially in the Bistro where it’s not really needed, I feel. But it DOES smell lovely in the rest of the hotel!

Nice hotel to explore the Gent centre
The hotel looks like a brand new, the room and all facilities are modern, stylish and comfortable. Location is perfect - close to the main sightseeings. SPA area is great, the inner patio yard is cosy and full of trees
Prices for breakfast - 45Euro pro person is really high. There are a lot of cafes in the city where you can have a good breakfast twice cheaper. Asked price for hotel wallet parking - 55Euro. Very expensive! We paid 25Euros for a night in a public parking nearby
